Call at 8:30 pm, Service man called me back at 8:31 pm. He showed up at 9:00 pm. They made sure the job was done right. My main line was backed up and my basement was full of crap. They cleaned all the tree roots out of the main line and sent the snake machine down a couple more time to make sure all the roots were all gone. I would highly recommend this contractor.

We are new home owners so finding a plumber for the first time was frustrating. I called a couple of companies before I read all the reviews for Quick Response. I called them and explained to them about the back up sinks and asked if they come out on Sat. They were super nice and understanding and came out the next day. They came in fixed our sinks within an hour and dishwasher was all drained. After all that we finally ran our dishwasher on Monday and it started flooding everywhere. I called Quick Response again Monday morning and explained to them what happened. They offered to stop by that morning they had a couple min between jobs. They showed up 25 min after I called checked everything out and found the problem. I was very impressed with their service they were quick, efficent and very decently priced.

I called a number of plumbers this morning for a severely backed-up kitchen drain. The phone at Quick Reponse wasn’t answered and I was asked to leave a message. As I was leaving it, the owner called me and apologized for my not getting through!He said he was out of town but he’d have his partner call, and he did immediately and said he could be here between 1 and 2. He called shortly before 1 and sincerely apologized, but got hung up with another job 50 miles away and would be very late. When I said we were having guests at 4, he called an employee who was off today and had him pick up a truck and come. He was there within 30 minutes, had it fixed within 45, and the charge was below $100 (1/3 of what we paid another plumber last year for the same issue!)There’s a reason there are 16 5-star reviews here. Mine makes 17. A truly great company.

I am very pleased to have had Matt come to my home. He is very knowledgeable with his plumbing and his drain cleaning as well as neat & courteous. My drains have never been so clean before, he came to clean them. He did not pressure me to have more work done. Matt also gave me some great tips on how to protect my plumbing. He was very punctual. Our favorite detail was that he did not charge a trip fee. He was able to give an estimate over the phone because of his expertise. We will recommend this company to all our friends and family.

Our heater burst in the early hours of this morning and I placed a call at 7:30am. Five minutes later my call was returned and I was told to expect someone between 9 and 10. I got a call at 9:15 to say they were on the way and the guy arrived just before 10.By 12:45, he was done and gone and hauled away the old heater for a one-shot price that was almost the same as buying a heater from Sears or Lowes. Highly recommended and would use them again!

I am a do it yourselfer and just wanted to make sure this was done right, and I dont regret the added cost at all. They connected my extra deep sink drains, disposer, and fixed a leaky elbow for $200. another plumber wanted $50 just to come give me a bid and estimated that the job would be between $300-$500

The drain pipe for my kitchen drain cracked which dumped water into my crawl space and or into the garage. On Dexknows I found favorable responses for Quick Response Plumbing so I gave them a call…. and I too have found a company that will get all of my future business!! They were quick…they were on time… completed the work efficiently and cheaper than I expected. I highly recommend them!

I recently was in need of some Salt Lake plumbing work in my home. I looked several companies up and got estimates from each one. When I got the quote from Quick response my mouth about hit the floor they were much cheaper than the others I had called. As well as when they came to my home they were courteous quick and efficient. When having someone in your home you need to feel like you can trust that person i felt as though it was an old friend doing the work for me I will never use another plumbing company again. I have never had to call a plumber. My main sewer line backed up into my basement. I made quite a few calls to many different companies. This company was the only company that would tell me what I needed to have done over the phone. They also gave me the whole price and then it was 1/3 the price of any of the other companies. I was happy that they could come to my home without charging the service fee just to show up. The plumber was very clean cut and he didn’t make me feel like I was putting him out. I did see the reviews from the salt lake city area and was happy that this company was exactly what the reviews said they would be. I will always call this company and am telling all my friends and neighbors about them. Thank you for everything guys!

I had these guys come check out a watering routing problem we had to our bath and shower. They didn’t charge me dispatch fee like another plumber we had called, and the final job was more than 1/3 the bid we received from the other plumber. The servicemen were very nice -smiled a lot, tried to be quiet while me daughter was sleeping, etc. I especially appreciated their honesty with the problem, and what my options were to fix it. I am so glad I went with them, instead of the other plumber. It saved us over $1000.

These men are very good at Plumbing. I had a clogged drain and they quoted me a price over the phone, they did not come over and charge a fee, they diagnosed my drain and told me the price and that there would be a guarantee before they even did the work. They made sure that I was happy with there low price before taking the time to do it. (which did not take too long) What a great company! And I love that they are local and a small family owned Business.

I had a plumbing accident on Christmas involving a three year old nephew and a branch from the christmas tree. They called me back immediately even though they were closed. I had a major emergency with my main sewer drain in the basement and the Plumber not only cleaned my drain late at night but he came over with a great attitude and was very clean cut and knew everything to do with plumbing and drain cleaning!! He cleaned my drain with great ease and I’m very pleased with him. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family members! They have also used him for remodels and plumbing!
